Aigua neta i sanejament

La gestió de l’aigua és essencial pel desenvolupament sostenible, ja que l’aigua dolça neta i els serveis de sanejament són essencials per a la salut i el benestar humà.

L’aigua no surt de l’aixeta per art de màgia, i les aigües residuals han de ser recollides i tractades: això implica processos llargs i complexos, que involucren canonades i plantes, tecnologies d’última generació, control continu de la qualitat, màquines, materials i energia. Tot i que s’ha avançat considerablement per aconseguir la gestió integrada dels recursos hídrics, milers de milions de persones encara no tenen d’accés a aigua potable segura i sanejada. Començant a Itàlia, a MULTIPLIERS s’implicarà a escoles i comunitats per augmentar la seva comprensió científica sobre la gestió de l’aigua i la sostenibilitat. Junts, també emprendrem accions concretes per fomentar comportaments sostenibles i així estalviar i protegir els recursos hídrics i preservar el medi ambient.
