Ατμοσφαιρική Ρύπανση

Σύμφωνα με τον Παγκόσμιο Οργανισμό Υγείας (ΠΟΥ), περίπου 7 εκατομμύρια άνθρωποι πεθαίνουν κάθε χρόνο λόγω της έκθεσης στην ατμοσφαιρική ρύπανση.

Ωστόσο, η ατμοσφαιρική ρύπανση δεν επηρεάζει σοβαρά μόνο την ανθρώπινη υγεία αλλά και την υγεία των ζώων και της βλάστησης. Στις πόλεις, η τροχαία κυκλοφορία αποτελεί μία από τις σημαντικότερες αιτίες της ατμοσφαρικής ρύπανσης. Για να αντιμετωπίσουμε αυτό το πρόβλημα χρειάζεται ενεργός δράση από όλους τους πολίτες. Στο πλαίσιο του MULTIPLIERS, οι μαθητές θα καλλιεργήσουν επιστημονικές δεξιότητες οι οποίες θα τους βοηθήσουν να λάβουν ενημερωμένες αποφάσεις και να γίνουν ενσυνείδητοι πολίτες. Ξεκινώντας από την Ισπανία, οι μαθητές θα μελετήσουν τους τρόπους με τους οποίους μπορεί να βελτιωθεί η ποιότητα του αέρα στις πόλεις, με τη συλλογή και ανάλυση δεδομένων, συζητήσεις με επιστήμονες,διάφορους εμπειρογνώμονες και εμπλεκόμενους φορείς σε θέματα παγκόσμιας υγείας.
