¿Cómo podemos lidiar mejor contra las bacterias resistentes a los antibióticos?

Las abrumadoras evidencias muestran que el aumento del uso, la sobre-prescripción y el consumo excesivo de antibióticos están llevando a un aumento de los microorganismos resistentes a estos. Sin embargo, muchas personas siguen abusando y usando incorrectamente productos antimicrobianos porque carecen de conocimientos sobre infecciones y agentes antimicrobianos. Este es un problema crítico en todo el mundo que está afectando nuestra salud y poniendo nuestras vidas en riesgo. Por ello, es esencial abordar este problema en las aulas promoviendo las acciones informadas. Estas accionen se iniciarán en Chipre, done MULTIPLIERS involucrará a estudiantes y sus familias en el desarrollo de una comprensión más profunda del tema a través de experiencias directas con diferentes miembros relevantes, permitiéndoles, por último, la toma decisiones informadas sobre el uso de antibióticos.
